In just two years, we’ve built an exceptional team, a unique product, and a proven method that’s helping Mexico’s top companies solve their toughest operational challenges with their data and the best AI models.
Arkham is one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies out of LATAM — maybe the fastest ever. More importantly, leading CTOs and CEOs of companies critical to the Mexican economy trust our team and platform to build a Data & AI foundation for their operations.
If you’re a hardcore builder looking to do the most meaningful work of your life, please read on. This blog is written to outline our culture: why we exist, how we build, and what we do. If we were in your shoes, these are some of the questions we’d want answered.
Let’s go.
What’s your company building philosophy?
There are two company-building archetypes that inspire us. We admire mission-driven companies like Palantir, SpaceX, and Nubank. At the same time, we’re inspired by iconic leaders who built wildly profitable conglomerates — Amancio Ortega, Lorenzo Mendoza, Carlos Slim, among others.
We are also clear on what we don’t want: We’re turned off by the hype and posturing common in tech. We’ve experienced firsthand how bad investors can poorly influence CEOs and severely damage a company’s culture, and we’re frustrated by the SaaS industry’s lack of profitability.
We’re building Arkham with immense clarity: This is what we want to do for the rest of our lives. We want to create an organization that stands the test of time through exceptional product craft and profitability. We want to become the first choice for technical talent in the region. We want Arkham to be recognized as the catalyst for truly impactful AI adoption in enterprise
What is the way of work at Arkham?
Our working style is simple: we hire exceptional people who genuinely believe in our mission, act like true company owners, and execute with energy, intelligence, and excellence.
We’re hybrid by design. During quarterly planning we gather daily in the office for 2–3 weeks. After alignment, everyone is empowered to deliver independently, deciding for themselves if in-person meetings or customer workshops are necessary.
Our operations are frugal and focused on the work itself. We rarely hold events outside the office, we intentionally avoid unnecessary meetings and don’t use titles.

What’s your vision?
We believe a powerful intelligence center will soon run every company’s operations. We envision a system acting as a digital representation of the entire business — where data, business logic, and AI models handle complex and routine tasks. This could mean forecasting demand and optimizing inventory for retailers, or detecting anomalies and scheduling maintenance for energy companies.
We believe this system will be developed by the builders at the core of each company: software engineers, data analysts, and business teams. But achieving this vision is challenging. Integrating data, training models, and deploying them requires fragmented tools and specialized roles, making powerful AI solutions out of reach for the companies we care about.
Our first product, Arkham’s Data and AI Platform, solves these challenges and is the first step towards our vision.
Why did you decide to tackle this challenge?
There’s something very energizing about our vision. The idea of bringing intelligence and autonomy to business operations genuinely excites us.
Part of this comes from personal experience. We’ve felt the pain of fragmented systems slowing companies down, and we’ve been frustrated by existing solutions. Arkham had to exist.
Most importantly, we deliver huge value to customers, helping them solve complex operational problems fast while saving millions and years of internal development.
Tell me more about your customers. What problems do you solve for them?
We help mid-market and large enterprises like Circle K, Energía Real, and Televisa Editorial unify fragmented systems and data to solve complex operational challenges.
Current use cases include:
- Data centralization and migration to Arkham’s Data Lakehouse
- Development of a Business Ontology: a single source of truth that includes a Semantic Layer (standard business definitions) and Metric Store (standardized operational metrics), creating a digital representation of business operations.
- Simplified access to business insights through analytics powered by natural language.
- Automation of complex processes leveraging Gen AI or traditional business logic.
- Establish stronger operational controls and improve decision-making with custom-trained Machine Learning models. Arkham provides ready-to-use ML classes — from anomaly detection to forecasting — and a complete suite of applications for training, deployment, and model monitoring.
In addition, our entire platform is powered by our highly capable, model-agnostic Gen AI Assistant, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users.

Who are your customers? Are you focused on Mexico?
We partner with CEOs and CTOs who genuinely want to win and understand we’re in a major paradigm shift. They come to us with specific challenges, and we work closely with their teams to solve them.
Our customers are typically mature companies with established ERPs, CRMs, and data warehouses. Their maturity allows for productive conversations about how Arkham fits into their tech stack, solves their core challenges, and empowers their builders.
Our current objective is clear: become the partner of choice for CTOs in Mexico. But make no mistake, Arkham is the tech version of filmmaker Robert Rodriguez — starting with his first movie El Mariachi, then winning the world. If you don’t get the reference, look it up.
Why customers choose your product? What makes you unique?
Arkham provides the builders at the core of our customers’ operations with the tools they need to execute the entire lifecycle of high-impact Data & AI initiatives — truly saving them years in development.
To achieve this, Arkham is built around three core pillars:
- Exceptional product, focused on accessibility and ease of use: Arkham provides customers with a fully managed infrastructure, a Data Platform, and an AI Platform — all seamlessly integrated.
- Proven methodology: This is possibly our greatest differentiator. Our implementation approach is embedded directly into the product experience. As mentioned, developing the customer’s Ontology — a digital representation of their business operations — is the foundational step in our methodology, as it serves as the basis for all AI initiatives.
- Insane customer obsession and unmatched service: We partner closely with our customers, ensuring their core challenges are solved and supporting them step by step in the adoption of our platform. We are one slack or teams message away — every day of the week.

How do you work with your customers?
We distribute Arkham through two models: Forward Deployed Teams and Self-Service.
Forward Deployed Teams: Our team leads the platform implementation and solves the customer’s initial use case. This is our primary go-to-market channel, enabling us to build deep relationships with customers. Once initial use cases are deployed, we train the customer’s builders so they can develop additional solutions on our platform
Self-Service Onboarding: This model is our North Star. We envision builders with basic SQL and system integration skills creating powerful Data & AI solutions on Arkham. Arkham’s simplicity, clear documentation, and strong support will make this possible. We currently have three enterprise customers under this model and plan to publicly launch it by the end of Q2.
How’s your team composed today? And what roles are you looking for?
Our team includes leaders with backgrounds in physics, math, data science, and of course, software engineering.
The main roles we’re hiring for fall into four core categories: Software Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing.

What benefits do you offer?
Talent that joins Arkham aren’t just employees — they become partners in our business.
We offer highly competitive cash compensation paired with a great equity package. We’re committed to ensuring our founding team members and early talent can achieve complete financial freedom within 5–7 years.
Alongside cash and equity, we also provide excellent health insurance and other essential benefits.
How much capital have you raised? How much runway do you have left?
We’ve raised $4.5M. Today, we’re a team of 20 people, with more than two years of runway as of March 2025.
Profitability is a beautiful word.
Any parting thoughts?
We’re a software company built primarily out of Mexico City, and today we’re winning against global tech giants.
We don’t fit the bill.
The thrill of beating odds, solving extremely hard problems, building incredible software, and doing it all in an extremely efficient way… makes my heart race as I write these words. Join us and let’s win together.
